In many cases, errors in the system can be fixed online right away, without the need for a technician to make an on-site service call. In other cases, the TRUMPF service technician can explain the necessary steps to hospital employees on the phone and monitor them in order to restore the operational readiness. In the event of major problems, the online diagnosis enables the technician to proceed more systematically with respect to a possibly necessary repair. In any case, the online diagnosis ensures that the problem is identified and solved quickly.
