OR in High Definition		TruVidia HD: Seeing More than Others Have you given any thought to following the current trend toward telemedicine? The advantages are clear: medical resources such as expensive equipment can be used efficiently, and experts can be called in at any time during the operation. The HD standard is currently the highest quality technology for recording and transmitting video signals. With HD you can broadcast all details of an operation in unusually high quality, even on a large screen.
Innovative lighting technology for intra-operative imaging		ContrastLine: Simplifying Intra-operative Diagnoses During an operation it is crucially important for the surgeon – and for the patient – to be able to clearly recognize different tissue types. During resection of a tumour, for example, it is helpful when the tumour is clearly distinguishable from healthy tissue. ContrastLine integrates a new light technology in our iLED operating light to simplify intra-operative imaging. In the procedure, tissue marked with an injected liquid is stimulated to illuminate with narrow-band light, thereby becoming clearly distinguished from its environment.
The new premium generation of operating tables		TruSystem 7500: Intelligent and Individual Patient Positioning You can now count on an absolutely reliable partner in your stressful day in the hospital. With the TruSystem 7500, we have developed an operating table that will make your work in the OR substantially easier. Its practically unlimited functionality fulfils what medical progress demands and what you desire. The table achieves the extreme adjustment angle of 65° Trendelenburg and 30° tilt at a minimal height of 590 mm. This, in combination with the integrated endo-light, makes it well-equipped for all minimally invasive procedures. The modern hard and software architecture ensures efficient and, above all, safe work in the OR. In patient positioning in particular, you benefit from the coded, confusion-free coupling points and practically outage-free motors in the column and in the table top. Desired table positions can be set substantially faster and more precisely using programmable high-speed motors.
Revolutionary lighting concept for intensive care, recovery room and operating theatre		AmbientLine: Light for More Ambience and Ergonomics The intensive care unit usually has horrible associations for most patients and their relatives. It is not only associated with a threatening health condition, but also with cold, technological dominance, and the complete loss of privacy. Intensive care personnel also suffer under these conditions. TRUMPF has recognized this and committed themselves to a fundamental change in these conditions with the new AmbientLine lighting concept. AmbientLine increases the feeling of well-being of the patient, improves working conditions for the personnel and creates a pleasant ambience.
