SYNCHRO successes The assembly of the punch-laser machine, the TruMatic 6000, attests to the success of SYNCHRO. The switch from traditional fixed station assembly to flow assembly has significantly improved important parameters, for instance, inventory and floortime have been halved and area productivity almost doubled.
"Factory of the Year 2002" SYNCHRO has won recognition far beyond the company limits. Interest in visiting our production is immense. The crowning point so far and, at the same time, confirmation for SYNCHRO came in the form of a double victory in the „Factory of the Year 2002“ contest by TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG and TRUMPF Lasertechnik GmbH. The win by two plants attests to the uniformly high implementation level at all TRUMPF facilities.
