Certification as per DIN EN ISO 13485
Within the TRUMPF Group, the Medical Division applies for annual certification in accordance with various standards. These include the norms for medical products manufacturers, set down in DIN EN ISO 13485. Also certified are compliance with legal requirements mandated by the MPG (German Law on Medical Products) and with the 93/42/EEC European Directive governing medical products.

for the scopes:
Design and development, manufacture, distribution and service of medical ceiling monted support systems, equipment trolleys, surgical lights and tables as well as medical products/-devices for the patient positionieng and patient transfer.
Proof of fulfillment of the above-mentioned standard has been provided by the certification through LGA InterCert.
