Just like any electronic device, an electrically controlled operating table can also experience malfunctions. This is normally a case for the service technician. But you don't always have time to wait for the technician to arrive. And usually the problem is so minor that it doesn't justify a "house call" anyway.

To activate it, the user simply informs the TRUMPF customer service centre. Our technician will quickly establish contact with the operating table using a PC and a telephone line. Then special software searches online for errors. The technician can often resolve them immediately.

Even signs of wear and tear can be detected remotely.
